Asahi/America, Inc., the Wet Process People™, showcases its EMT Fitting and Tubing System in booth #614 at Pittcon in Orlando, FL, March 10-13, 2003. Ideal for applications in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical and laboratory industries, the EMT System is comprised of tubing, fittings, valves, lab components, flare tools and flow meters.
"The EMT System is a comprehensive line of corrosion-resistant products, suited specifically for high purity applications," describes Asahi/America Vice President of Engineered Products, Scott Robichaud.
Asahi/America with EMT will be showcasing a new product line of fittings designed for small tube diameters. The new product line, known as Series 1M, simplifies joining miniature tubes with increased reliability.
EMT fittings offer a range of styles, including flare, compression, pass-through and threaded. To suit users' needs, the fittings can be manufactured in a variety of materials such as PFA, PVDF and natural polypropylene.
For system integration, Asahi's EMT valves are available with many unique options: diaphragm; globe; needle; check; pressure relief; 2, 3, 4 and 5-way ball and flow control. Actuators can be both electric and pneumatic.
EMT lab components offer fittings for a variety of laboratory applications. Fitting styles include small diameter compression, threaded, stop lock valves, luer lock valves and glass-to-tube transitions.
